Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Counter suit.
A ladyn almost crashed into my car whilst driving and i had to stop asap to avoid accident. I looked at her puzzuled and she gave me the middle finger and cursed my out like it was my fauly her car drifted into my lane. I was upset so i cursed her back and the heated exchange lasted for 30 seconds. I drove off when the light came on. She later called the police and i'm being charged with disorderly conduct and using offensive words. She has no witnesses. Sec. 10-4-20. Can i counter suit with reckless driving and disorderly conduct too.

In the criminal law, there is no such thing as a counter suit. Tell the city attorney what happened; on these facts, with no evidence, it's likely the ordinance violation will be dismissed. Good luck.
