Re: rules for polygraph

Polygraph results are not generally admissible in legal proceedings, with certain important exceptions in some states, but not CO.

Parole violations generally require a lesser standard of proof than the original proceedings which led to conviction.

Admissibility of the polygraph results certainly must have been dealt with before the test was administered?

Probably you are stuck with the results and their use by virtue of the understanding prior to the test.
