Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

hI, HOW ARE YOU?

MY QUESTION IS CAN THEY (COURTS) TAKE MY DEFERRED JUDGEMENT AWAY. I AM TRYING HARD! HAVE DONE THIS FOR 3 YEARS AT FIRST LOSING EVERYTHING AND HAVING TIME FOR NOTHING BUT PROBATION. I AM STRUGGLING A LITTLE STILL BUT i HAVE MADE MUCH PROGRESS AND AM PROUD OF MYSELF! I HAVE MORE RESPONSIBILITY THAN THE AVERAGE ADULT. IM FROM ANOTHER STATE AND BOTH MY PARENTS ARE SICK. I HAVE 3 LIL BROS I CANNOT RISK SITTING IN JAIL AND LOSING EVERYTHING I WORKED FOR OR HAVE RIGHT NOW. ALL BECAUSE OF COMMUNITY SERVICE HRS I AM BEING PENALIZED & I HAVE DONE THE 20 HRS THEY WANT 3X. THANK U FOR UR TIME M.V.

The unfortunate answer is yes, they can. It would be heartless, but they can.

As an aside, even if you are past the due date, if you show up to court with the remainder of the hours compete, most courts will call it close enough and declare the deferred successfully completed. So even if you need to take a week off work, do it and get the hours done BEFORE the revocation hearing.
