Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

I got arrested for a DUI last night and didn't end up taking any tests except the roadside. Is it possible to fight the charges at this point?

well, of course it is - roadsides are BS and are not on video - never take them - BUT I have fought and won refusal cases - won my last 3 DUI trials
