Re: Change of plea?

A motion can be filed to change your plea. The judge will decide if he will allow it. You need a DUI lawyer.

Re: Change of plea?

A judge may allow you to change your plea before sentencing, but you must generally show that not to allow a change to not guilty would "subvert justice." That means you were under some undue pressure or influence when you pleaded guilty, or not aware of the consequences of a guilty plea. It may also mean you simply are not guilty. You may wish to consult a lawyer to help you with this.

Good luck.
