Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

I was charged with duii (marijuana, no alcohol) in Oregon while on a road trip because I had a small amount of pot on me & admitted to having smoked several hours prior. The officer felt as though I failed the road-side (I beg to differ) & arrested me. I however refused a urine sample under the impression that this would be to my benefit. I don't know that it was? I have a Colorado driver's license (where I reside- Denver) & have one previous dui (alcohol related) within the last 5-yrs. What penalties (criminal & dmv-related) am I possibly facing?

The penalties are different in each of the 50 states.

You should check with an Oregon lawyer as that is the State which is accusing of the alleged DUID crime. Your prior Colorado dui or dwai conviction will come into play for purposes of sentencing purposes.

Best of luck
