Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

I am going to court regarding a DUI. I was wondering if I had any defense that could possibly lower my sentence. I am going through issues with my husband and we are separated. I was not in a good state of mind when I drove. I also was in an open field by myself drinking in the field and only drove in the field while I was drunk. I can't afford a lawyer so would I be able to get one any other way?

If you are indigent, you would qualify for a public defender. If you are not, we offer payment plans. Call 303-332-3602 for a free consult.
