You must immediately request a hearing with the DMV regarding your license. If you do not request a hearing within 7 days of your license being revoked, you will lose the issue. To beat your DUI, there are a variety of ways to challenge it, but it's hard to say how you would challenge it without knowing more about your case. At this point, you should consult a DUI attorney to discuss your case. Feel free to call or email me if you have any questions about how to fight the DUI and how much that might cost.

Yes there is - get a good DUI attorney, pay him/her well and fight like hell.

Send me an email directly with more facts about your case and we can discuss it.

As to the license, if your breath was over .08 or you refused, then the police took your license already and gave you a notice of revocation. Go to the DMV and request a hearing ASAP (must be done within 7 days) and do not request the cop.

If you took a blood test, you likely do not know about the results yet (takes about 3-4 weeks for notice of revocation to be mailed). Once you get a notice of revocation in the mail, go to DMV by the date on the letter or ASAP (same 7 day rule) and request a hearing.

If you do not req a hearing, you lose the issue.
