Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

dui in colorado, minnesota license

I recently got a dui in colorado and I have a minnesota license. The blood test came back over a .17, which in colorado means I need a mandatory interlock for 2 years. Is there any way to get out of this interlock since im not a colorado resident? If I do get the interlock, can I drive in other states without the interlock once my 9 month suspension is up???

If you return to MN you can get an ignition interlock waiver along with an sr22 waiver. However, if you reside in CO you must have interlock to reinstate privleges here.
