Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

I was involved in a DUI accident last Sunday. No one else was involved. I had a BAC of .277 at the hospital. They didn't take my license and I didn't go to jail. Can you please tell me what I can expect next and through this whole process. I have a job that requires a valid drivers license. This is my first DUI. I spoke to a local attorney and want a 2nd opinion.

To avoid license loss, you need to beat the DUI, at least down to a DWAI. This may require a trial in some jurisdictions. There may also be a DMV action from the BAC result if blood taken within two hours of driving. You need to request a DMV hrg within 7 days of the notice to you.

Single car accidents can be very defensible, depending on your statements and if they are admissible. Get the reports and contact me.
