left state before dui trial
i left state before dui trial,tried to get licsne out of state and had to call colorado to get cleard. pay $650 pluse reinstatmet fee and i'd be clear. went to mexico before i paid this,come back to colo.got arestted and paid 600 on bail. d.a. wants me to do a year in county, no deal.can i just go out of state to avoid the jail time but still pay the cash?
