Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

I received a DUI when i was 19, it took a few years to get my car and license back, Im 24 now and my 2 years of having the interlock off is up in October, and once that is off, i would like to get it off my record? Is that possible since i was under 21 and how do i go about that process?
