Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

Underage Drinking in CO

So I just got an MIP last night, my first one in colorado, but my second one. I just have a few questions, 1. Will I get the chance to take Alcohol classes again or will I just lose my license? and 2. If the cops only gave a handful of underagers tickets at this party and let many more leave is it possible that I would even be able to get out of it? Thanks

Often depends on the county. If the DA does not know about the prior, then definitely yes.

As for losing your license, this issue comes up a lot. Many DAs and judges will allow you to do your community service prior to sentencing so that you never lose your license.

One can always fight these things. But since you tend to get a judge and not a jury, they are hard to win. It can be done though. Depends on the evidence against you.
