There is no such thing. The divorce can be uncontested if the parties agree to everything Some jurisdictions will allow the party not contesting the divorce to be excused from appearing if the party consents to the final judgment.

I'd ask an attorney where you live if that is workable or go to the Courthouse and check with the clerk
