In Colorado what you're asking about is called a "declaration of invalidity", i.e., asking the court to declare the marriage invalid from its inception. There are specific grounds for this by statute and the timing depends on what grounds you would be relying on and when you became aware of the facts supporting those grounds. Our firm can help you with the case if you decide you want to hire counsel.
