Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

My spouse failed to file a response before the 21 days, but showed up to the initial conference anyway. The FCF allowed them to stay, and even told them they could still file a response since they showed interest by showing up. That was a week ago, and I still have not received a response, and I have a 2nd initial conference tomorrow. Is my spouse actually allowed to do this? What can I do about it?

You can ask to schedule a default hearing, but if your spouse does actually appear the case will be handled as a contested divorce.
