Restitution Payments not Forwarded
I was making restitution payments to the courts that would then forward those pymts to a elected representative of the league that I took money from. He was then to forward them to usbc as repayment to them, (the pd money to the league through insurance/bonding). I made my last pymt to the courts in Dec 2008 and they forwarded it to him. However as of 3/10/2009 over 5 mths) he has not forwarded this final pymt to usbc. Because of this I am not allowed to apply for reinstatment. What can/should I do?

Inform the clerk of the court, and ask the court to enforce its restitution order.
