Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Colorado

i wrote a check for $10 for tag at my school when i was 17 , i when to court and the judge found me guilty , the judge later reverses her motion because i was not at full age at the time the check was made... now the collection attorney file a new motion to alter or amend judgement in this case what can i do ?????
