Eviction

My parents purchased a home that I live in (as I was not able to qualify for the mortgage) We have a contract that says I am responsible for the payment and when I sell the house I will get the equity. During an argument my parent have threaten to kick me out. What are my rights and since I dont have a lease - can I be evicted?
