Media consent

A religion channel recently made a video, that was aired nationally, using pictures of me and my family. Can they do that without my consent?

Depends. Were you and the family in a public place? A Semi-public place? Did the religious channel or an affiliate own the property where the video was taken? If so then they can use the photos and video.
