rcvd notice of sell of my home
I rcvd a notice of sell on my home but i am getting a loan modification from my lender. The notice has 7/15/2009 but the sell date is not until 8/19/2009. What do I need to do with the notice of sell.

You need to speak with an attorney RIGHT AWAY!! Unless the bank has signed your loan modification documents, the loan modification may not be enforceable in CO. We would be happy to speak with you on this matter, as we have several similar cases at the moment.
