Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

My wife had a note/DOT on her moms house. Mom passed away and we got a PR Deed from PR. When we do the release of the note/DOT do we do it to her mom or themoms Estate?

Release will go to the Personal Representative on behalf of the Mom's Estate.
