Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado

Failure to Appear

I have a 20 year old son that has failed to appear for three traffic violations in three different counties in Colorado. I would like to know what is the typical sentence for these type of violation?

Re: Failure to Appear

That depends on the traffic citation. If they are a traffic infraction, then he doesn't have to appear but can't get his license renewed until he takes care of them. Other states will check Colorado Motor Vehicle Division if he tries to get a license elsewhere. If they are traffic offenses, then I would have to know what the offenses were to give a meaningful answer.
