Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

Fathers Estate

My father remarried 18yrs ago. i was

the executor of the will until 4 years

ago so I am told by his new wife. We

cannot get her to read the new will.

What recourse do my brothers and

sister have in we disagree with the

new will and how can I find out what

is in it and about his life insurance. I

really don't think she should get

everything

Re: Fathers Estate

Assuming your father has passed away you can file a Demand for Notice in the Court proceeding to administer his estate.

You should also consider consulting with an attorney experienced with estate practice to learn of your rights and options.
