when does heirs take possesion of willed items
When does the heirs of a will take possession of the willed items. Is it when the person dies, the will probated, or in my case, when the land is actually filled in my name. Thanks

It is normally when the distribution of the property is made to you by PR's Deed from the PR of the estate.
If you are concerned about the status of the administration of the estate, then you should hire your own attorney to properly advise you.
