Can I file a bancrupcy chapter 13 myself and just take a public defender?

if not, can I get any help ith lowyer less expencive ?

There is no such thing as a public defender in a bankruptcy matter. You should consult an experienced bankruptcy attorney to determine the best Chpter for your situation and to assist you with the process. You can do it yourself but I dont recommend it.
