Hello, When someone is still within their banruptcy period, but is now a Senior Citizen and collecting Diability and has debt again, if they stop paying on their debts, what can happen? Would their SS/Diability wages be garnished? Thanks so much...

In Connecticut, Social Security and disability payments are exempt from execution.
