Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Connecticut

irs seizure

IRS seized my house. Auction in 6 weeks. Bankruptcy is planned so that former wife has claim. If bcy declared after the auction will the asset revert or must bankruptcy precede sale?

Without knowing more about your situation, I can only advise you to plan filing your bk earlier rather than later, unless you have some tax liens that will become dischargeable around the same period of time.
