asset liability

i recently got a call from agency and said that an assest liability investigation was done on me and they are gonna sue me? if i don't own my house and finance my car, what can they take? they would take anything but the lump sum and i don't have it, should i wait for court or get an attorney?

If you wait for a court hearing, it may be too late. In the meantime, there are other remedies a creditor can seek that may affect you. The bright side is, is that if you hire an attorney, you may be able to negotiate a resolution. If you need help, you can email me at [email protected].
