Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut

On may 12 09.me my kids a 4 yr old 16 yr old friends and niebors were in front of my house enjoying the day it was about 7ish .my brother brought a 12 pack there was several adults 7 i believe i had 3 and the others had a few after a few hrs no i was not intoxicated .the police showed up .while i was in my front yard the officer said u go in the house .i said i belive i dont have to its nice out side and all im doin is talk ing to friends which were niebors .i ask the other officer which was a lady if i was doing anything twice i asked no responce .the other officer said well im gonna stand here for 10 minits to makesure ur quiet .we didnt have a radio on all we were doing is talking 15 minits went by i started to talk to my mom and i noticed out the corner of my eye a officer walking down the side walk and the next thing i new iwas waking up to officers yelling dont resist they yanked me from my front yard slamming my head into a bumper on a vehicle and a restted me for breach of peace and resisting arrest i read the police report the day after i filled a coplaint against them they said i was highly intoxacated which was totally false and that iwas swearing real bad which i absolutlly did not a ll i said was the few things at the begining
