Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut

Expunged Court Records

If someone is convicted of a felony (ie, sale of a controlled substance)in Connecticut, is it possible to have the record expunged? The conviction would have occurred in 1990 or 1991, and was the individual's first and only felony offense. The sentence imposed was 5 years probation and was completed successfully.

Re: Expunged Court Records

I'm not licensed in any state but Montana, and my impression of your question is that it can be answered in terms of your state's law. I am wholly unfamiliar with Connecticut law and not licensed in that state. You should contact an experienced criminal defense attorney in your state for assistance and advice. Good Luck!
