Legal Question in Elder Law in Connecticut

My husband is conservator for his mother who is on Title 19, Medicaid, in Connecticut. We would like to know what out of pocket expenses are covered or reimbursable by Title 19 for a conservator?

I would need more facts, such as what out of pocket expenses has the conservator paid for the ward. You should call the Department of Social Services who can direct you to the appropriate services available for the Ward. I don't know of any "reimbursement" provided by Title 19.
