annullment

what are the requirements to get a marriage anulled. we only been married a couple of months?

Re: annullment

It is not the length of time, but rather establishing that the marriage was void at the time of entering. You will either have to establish: bigamous marriage; consanguinity; durress; misrepresentation; mental disability; or physical incapacitation. Unless one of these grounds are proven an annulment will be denied.
