what happens when you have a baby with someone else while still married

Although the child is presumed to be the husband's, that presumption can be rebutted. You can bring an action to have the the biological father deemed the legal, supporting parent, or either the husband or the biological father can bring the action.

A court will ultimately decide, depending on the circumstances.
