Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Need Help

My two daughters want to spend more time with me than there father but he is very upset about the matter. We share joint custody and are now going back to court. I can not afford an attorney the girls are 13 and 10 and want very much to be with me more and have told there dad about there feelings and told them he does not care what they want. I want to ensure the best possible remedy for our problem but do not want the girls wrapped up in some awful court case becaus eI know that they are going to have to tell someone what they want and it has some bearing on the descion of the court please help.Concerned mom in CONN

If you share custody then the court has already decided upon the issue. If you want to change the present situation, then you are going to have to petition the court.
