Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

my divorce judgment in CT was issued before 2002 (1998) stating the parties are to equally divide and pay college expenses, tuition and food and board included. My daughter was accepted at a private college. Does the 46b-56c. Educational Support Orders where the college cannot exceed University of Conn. tuition, apply or not. Her tuition after scholarships is only a few thousand more than UCONN.
