Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

my ex husband owes a large amount of back child support. He intentionally did not file his income tax. Are there repercussions for this?

Repercussions for not paying child support, or for not filing his taxes? There are adverse consequences for both, but does he in fact owe taxes? If yes, the IRS is a very nasty creditor. As for the back child support, a contempt citation usually gets their attention.

You should open a case with the State of CT if you haven't already. They can go after him for you.
