Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

I moved to CT from NJ 9 years ago to be closer to my husband before we married. We now have 2 children and if we divorce, I would like to be able to move with them back to NJ, because the only reason I came to CT to begin with was because of my husband. Can he prevent me from moving the children out of state and force me to live in CT?
