co pays while in the divorce process

my soon to be ex keeps going to the dr and she keeps putting the bills in my name. On the bill it has her correct address but on the envelope they hand write my address. I did not have these procedures done and I did not see the dr. She is wracking up bills in my name. and all it is is the co-pay which she should be paying since the insurance is in my name and I pay the insurance

Divorce law is different in each state. In MN for example, there cannot be any change to the pre-dissolution status of who pays for healthcare until the final decree. Get a local attorney
