Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Remarriage
My brother is an Indian citizen and he married a US citizen girl in Connecticut. The girl has sponcered the fiance visa for him to travel for marrage and also applied GC for him. But after few months they had fight and girl divorsed him and deported him from US and also revoked his GC application. But again after few weeks they start chating and talking over the phone for about an year now. The girl did realised her fault that time and regret on what she did. My question is both of them want to be together again and get remarried is this possible? If not then is there any other way. They have no kid.

Yes, it is possible. There is no legal for reuniting a divorced couple by way of re-marriage.
