Rights to family owned business

Is a spouse entitled to any portion of her husband's family owned business? The business was in existence prior to the marriage. It was owned by my father-in-law and now is equally owned by his 4 sons.

Re: Rights to family owned business

You may be entitled to the portion of the business owned by your husband AND which was accumulated during the marriage. This means any portion of his interest which is greater than he owned at the time you married him.
