Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Visitation

Is there any consequence to a non-custodial father if fails to apprise exwife of his current residence and still continues with visitation. Father takes his 12 yo son to a hotel since father has no residence in CT. No danger has ever come to the child, actually hotel was better than his former residence. Does mother have the right to deny visitation because of lack of CT residence? TY

While you should consult the specific terms of the visitation order, I do not see how--based upon the facts presented--this would be a reason to deny visitation.
