Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

wife has filed for a divorce our home has been in my family since 1937 it was sold to us by my dad and aunt. because my credit was not up to par .. and to get the home my aunt and dad let my wife put it in her name.(before that my dad and aunt rented the home for ten years because they wanted to keep it in the family) she has moved to another state with our son and is living with her parents she moved out two weeks before Christmas and now is claming she moved out because of unsafe conditions for her.. the only violence between us was on her part running over my foot with her car. or making me get out of her car so i had to walk home in the cold... will i have to move out
