Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Connecticut

Sit and Sqwat law??

I am a landlord of a deplex in griswald. I have been very understanding with my tenants. I know everybody has tough times, but when it is effecting me and my family's finacial situation what am I to do?

She has lost her unemployment checks, he works but there spending is still based on his income and hers. She has children under the age of 10 and she saids if i try to evict her and her family that she and her husband can stay there rent free for three to six months. This is the first time I tried to rent to other people besides family. Their rent is suppose to help us not hurt us. I am wondering do I have to wait until spring to evict them or can i do it now. I am willing to let them stay there until the end of Jan.
