Legal Question in Immigration Law in Connecticut

Help! My nephew was duped into marrying a rumanian woman..parents who live in US that befriended him sent him to Rumania on holiday to meet her.. she said she loved him.. he married her in Rumania came back to US and applied for her to come over..she arrived and 3 days later had the police over and moved out claiming abuse,,,,he is devastated...slapped an order of protection on him...obviously the family had all their ducks in a row and knew he was naive and vulnerable and planned this all out just to get her into the country..what can he do? Thanks so much for your help
