Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Connecticut

commercial rent lease

If the unit number written on the lease agreement if wrong(meaning we do not rent that unit stated)does it make the written agreement void & non binding? Landlord is giving us a hard time & acting shady. When looking over the lease , we noticed the unit number is incorrect.

Re: commercial rent lease

If the landlord signed it (and drafted it) then the intent was to rent the unit to you that you are leasing. It's an error and I don't think it's enough for him to void the lease.
