Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Connecticut
If my husband had life time us of his home,then I married him. what rights do I have now that he has passed. His children are trying to get me out.

That's a very interesting question and not one that comes up that often. You really should contact an attorney who may have to do some research to reach a conclusion. I haven't done the research but it might be possible that you have estate rights in his life use.
