Legal Question in Personal Injury in Connecticut

Should I file suit.

My wife was involved in a car accident and she is in therapy. Since the accident she has not been the same towards me in a personal matter due to all of the pain that she is suffering. As we are both young this is quite a problem, is it possible for me to file suit because she is not able to perform as she once did because of the accident.

She must file the suit. You can be named as a second plaintiff and claim damages for "loss of consortium." Of course, it is possible to engage an attorney who may be able to negotiate a settlement prior to filing an actual lawsuit.
