Legal Question in Personal Injury in Connecticut

Is it worth pursuing a flaim

I received 6 stitches after I was moving a product out of the way at Costco to see its price and the metal on the product cut my dominant left middle finger. 1) Should I try to get an attorney? 2) Can I try to settle myself with Costco? 3) How do I go about doing that w/o an attorney?

Re: Is it worth pursuing a flaim

It's hard to say exactly what the liability is on something like that, however it is likely to have some settlement value. Most attorneys would be willing to take such a claim on a contingency basis. It is unlikely you would recover anything on your own.

I would be happy to have you in to discuss the matter without cost or obligation if you like.

Good luck.

Jim
