breaking a lease

getting a divorce.moved out , got a appartment ..paid first mouth rent and deposit ..stayed three (3) weeks in dec of 99

moved out and out of state ..but land load will not break the lease ,and i have paid -jan and feb rent and now march is due..

what can i do????????

I recommend that you hire a real estate lawyer to review your lease and advise you. It will probably be a lot less money than paying the balance of the rent. (781)593-7379
